Overall good, but could easily be great if they could be bothered.

Pros: Great location, clean, tidy, safe, and warm. Sufficient equipment. Decent shower, no bath.

Cons: Bedroom blinds were broken so everyone could see in, no attempt to fix when reported. Many lightbulbs not working - property was generally dark and this didn’t help. Single duvets on double beds, and two pillows per bed. Disturbing noisy neighbour singing David Bowie and letting off flares every night of our stay. Street parking roughly £20 gbp per day.

Fantastic stay in a perfect location.

Pros: The accommodation was beautiful, fantastic facilities and really clean. It was in a perfect location, very safe and only a 15 minute walk to the old town and Jewish quarter and 5 minutes to the train station from which we travelled to the salt mines and the airport. There is a bakery less than 5 minutes away along with a shop and cafes. The host was very good at communicating.

Pros: The layout and high quality finish to thr flat. The roof terrace a real bonus

Pros: The apartment was really lovely. Quiet, great location. Not far from everything. Close to pick up points for excursions. Lots of storage for clothes. Perfect temperature in the room never had to bother changing anything. Easy access. Really impressed and would stay again. Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable

Cons: You only get one pillow. Which is a little flat. I would of loved two it would have been perfect

Pros: Lovely spotless apartment 10mins walk from town square and Jewish Quarter. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook (we just made breakfast). UK Netflix, good WiFi signal. Really helpful hosts with key instructions. large terrace which would have been lovely to sit on if the weather had been better, but our hosts had no control over that ;) Would definitely book again if we come to Krakow and would recommend it to friends. Only slight moan, the pillows could do with replacing as lumpy but would not put me off booking again. Hosts even let us leave our luggage in the apartment as we were on an evening flight and the apartment wasn’t reserved the next day. Oh and it’s just a 5 minute walk from krakow grzegorzki Station. WE WILL BE BACK !!!

Pros: Location, cleanliness, overall condition and comfort.

Cons: There is an unresolved safety issue in the apartment. Between bedrooms And bathroom/kitchen there is an inexplicable 8 inch step in the path of walking. The floor is black porcelain tile and the step shouldn't be there. We tripped multiple times. With a small light and some yellow striped tape the safety issue is not adequately addressed. Also There was no communication from staff except for instructions on how to use the locks. There was no \

Jeden z najlepszych apartamentów w jakim byliśmy.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, mniej niż 15 minut piechotą na Stare Miasto i na Kazimierz. Taras otoczony zielenią, wychodzący na zaciszną przestrzeń między budynkami. Wyposażenie w dobrym stanie, wszystko co potrzeba. Czystość bez zarzutu.

Cons: Zbyt duża ilość wody wydostawała się spod prysznica na podłogę łazienki. Na plus: wyposażenie w dużą ilość ręczników pod stopy. Kanapa w salonie miała spękania nawierzchni.
