If the disadvantages listed above don't bother you, then a good apartment in a good location

Pros: I liked that the apartment was located on a quiet street, but at the same time close to the old town and the central station, it was easy to find. The pillows were comfortable. I liked that there were two towels for each person, the linen was clean.

Cons: The carpet in our room was quite dirty. The shelves in the bathroom were not well secured and everything you put on them fell into the sink. The water from the shower stall was leaking onto the floor.

Cosy and warm

Pros: The room was cosy and very warm and clean, but there were no blinds on the windows, which were level with the bed and looking out at other buildings. Otherwise, it was very nice and within easy walking distance of the old town.

A nice place to stay for the first time in Krakow

Pros: We had the code and instructions before checking in , which made it easy . The room was generous with a large bathroom. Walking distance the main square. Easy for the ride share people/tour groups to pick up/ drop off.

A very pleasant stay

Pros: I recommend this hotel, which is located in a quiet area close to the center. The vintage decor is really nice and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also very responsive and quickly answered our questions.

Great stay, will be sure to use again

Pros: A nice spacious and warm room with a clean bathroom and plenty of storage for clothes.

Cons: There could have been more coat hangers.

Pros: In such these places, the first thing I pay attention to is the cleanliness. This place greatly met with my expectations. Plus it has a really great location. It is next to a relatively budget friendly market chain that is open until 11PM, old town is around 10-15 minutes by foot, stations that goes other parts of city are 5-7 minutes away by foot. I also like their customer service as I kindly ask for changing the room and they helped me to change it later the day immediately! So yeah, I would definitely stay again here if I come back Krakow!
