Apartamenty Kossak Residence

Pros: Lovely apartment modern and very clean . Not far from square or the castle and marina going the other way

Cons: Nothing to not like

Pros: We had a lovely stay, very comfortable room, can't complain about that. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: There was no information regarding the area, nothing to say where to take your rubbish. The noise of drilling and hammering at 8.am was not really relaxing. No storage for luggage, check out is 10am, our flight didn't leave till 6pm. Fortunately the security guy kept it for us in his little locker/bathroom.very nice of him.

Modern and stylish studio near old town

Pros: Spacious studio-apartment on the 3rd floor. Self-check-in with door code and lockbox. Modern, stylish and fairly new furnishings. Comfortable mattresses. Good quality bedlinnen. Sufficient towels. Good soundproofing. Both from outside as in between apartments. Decent darkening curtains. Plenty of storage space for clothing. The shower has good water pressure, even the rain shower. The kitchen has all amenities for self-catering. WiFi is fast. The apartment building is in a quiet side-street. Walking distance (10 minutes) to the castle, river and old town. Less than 5 minutes walk to bus-/tram stop. Supermarkets, convenience stores, coffee bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Communication with the host is online, minimal and delayed. The last motion detection sensor for lights in the long and dark corridor to the apartment is malfunctioning. Which makes it hard to open the lockbox and find the key lock, in the dark. The bedframe was unstable. It was sagging, in the middle, at the headrest side. Fixed it for myself temporarily, but it needs a more permanent repair. Reported it to the host. Sofabed is a folding bed. Suffices as sofa, but too low quality for sleeping on it. The lighting in the apartment is very bright (4000K). Some ambient colored lighting (2700K) would make it more pleasant. A bathroom light needs repair. Microwave not functioning properly (plate not turning). No laundry detergent provided for the laundry machine. Complimentary coffee cups and tea would be appreciated. Check-out time is too early, at 10am.

It was nice but not perfect

Pros: It was very nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to stores and to public transportation it was quite nice!

Cons: I would like if the building had vending machine so I wouldn’t need to have to leave from the building when I would need something to drink or other necessities !

Pros: Walking distance to the Main Square, Vitsula River, and Wavel Castle. Supermarket, pharmacy close by.

Cons: Not enough towels were provided for the whole stay.

Pros: Very nice Stay, apartment near to everything and very comfortable

Pros: Localization is very good and close to downtown, we could visit the main touristic points walking. Region is quite and safety. The apartment is very good, bad is good, etc. I would reccomend to stay there.

Krakow holiday

Pros: Location is close to all main attractions, apartment is near new and modern design. Car parking is available. Security guard at the building.

Cons: Toilet seat is broken, we had one towel each for 4-night stay, one and half toilet rolls were available, mould in shower, air condition remote did not work. if it wasn't for security guard we would not have got into building. Access code was given to us after we arrived

Pros: Spacious, modern apartment. Great location. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing.
