Excellent experience!
Pros: The room was clean, very warm and cosy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a parking place underground but we also had a place right in front of the building. Many convenient shops close to the property. Cracow is wonderful!

Overall, we enjoyed staying there and are very grateful. If you are ready to tolerate the heat and the noise of airplane
Pros: The apartment was clean, and the listed photos accurately reflected the reality. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process and access to the property were convenient.
Cons: There was no air conditioning, which made it very hot. Additionally, there was no soundproofing — the nearby airport and road created constant noise, and there were frequent loud works in the yard. When trying to open the window to cool the room, the noise from outside was very disturbing.

Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was a little far from the city center, but close to the bus station, which made getting around easy. It was also nice to have shops nearby. Free parking was a big plus and check-in and check-out were easy.

Very clean, safe, and great area
Pros: The apartment was in a clean residential area with a safe environment and plenty of supermarkets, making it very convenient to live in. There were also a few cafes and restaurants nearby. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having free access to the washing machine. While it was a bit of a walk to the tram stop, the access to the city center was still convenient. Some neighbors smoked on the balcony, and the smell got into the room. I contacted the host about it, and they promptly addressed the issue. After that, there was no more smell of smoke.
Cons: The sofa bed lacked flexibility, so once it was used as a bed, converting it back to a sofa was quite cumbersome. The room was very compact, making it difficult to spread out belongings.

Pros: Modern, clean studio with a balcony. Located in an apartment building in the outskirts of Krakow. The bed was comfortable for one person, but I would find it a bit narrow for two. There was a washing machine, shared between 3 or 4 apartments. Bus stop for just in front of the building. More buses and trams accessible after 5-10 mins walk. A couple of supermarkets nearby. Friendly owner/caretaker. From a point of view of a solo traveller I felt safe both in the building and in the area.
Cons: Although there is a flat screen TV but there are no TV channels, only YouTube. You can also access Netflix, if you have your account. Another thing that surprised me was lack of a kitchen towel and a cloth. There were just some paper serviettes to dry everything, including the side of the sink. The apartment building is on a flight path of planes that are coming to landing at Balice airport. Hence, there is some associated noise throughout the day up to about 11pm.

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, it was clean and we had a reserved parking space. The location was very convenient for us. Nearby there are many well-stocked grocery stores, a pharmacy, KFC and others.We would go back a third time.

Pros: Lovely, quiet place approx 10mins on the tram from city centre. Good transport links by bus and tram. Very close to local shops. No issues with checking in or checking out. Instructions were very easy to follow.
Cons: I wish we had more towels.

Pros: I liked the location of the apartment, there are public transport stops, grocery stores, playgrounds nearby. The apartment has everything necessary for the stay of a family, cooking utensils, a comfortable bed, etc. We also had a reserved parking space under the building, which was very convenient for us. We would repeat our stay again.
Cons: It would be great if a coffee machine was added to the kitchen equipment.
