Great experience.

Pros: This hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s ideally located near the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was modern, quiet, and very clean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed after long day. The reception staff were professional and welcoming. Great value for money — highly recommended!

Cons: I like everything. Was perfect 👌🏻

Whenever I’ll be in Prauge i’ll comeback to this hotel. In my opinion the best option for that money.

Pros: Personel was AMAZING, I’m sending greetings to our receptionists, they would help with anything u need. Cleaning services everyday. Breakfast was very convenient and for that price, really good choice of food. Location literally next to the tram station, but in any case

Cons: Room was pretty small, it was hard to move around it especially when you put suitcases innit.

Pros: Beautiful, clean apartment, close to the city centre and Kazimierz. Friendly staff. Recommend 😊

Cons: The check in time i dont why mostly in europe the check in time 3 pm whh is it like that and the check out is 11 am why is it like this

For short trip was perfect

Pros: Very big apartment, have all things what need in the kitchen, close to all old town attraction just 10-15min by walk. 5min by walk to train station. Very nice communication with owner. Our room was 63.

Cons: Maybe that people of your block where are 3 different rooms can locked block main doors from inside and then need be so loud that someone from neighbours will open. Only one minus of this - we stayed 3 nights and this happen situation only one evening. Another minuse that in our room was automatic light in corridor so when someone want to WC that light automatic on and there no doors in bedroom so automatic your partner wake up from that light.

Good location and reasonable price

Pros: Very good location and smooth checkin. Relatively large room. A bit of the tram noise was audible, but considering the location it is usual.

Cons: All was good considering reasonable price.

Clean, great location, great value for money and gorgeous green velvet head board

Pros: Location was 10/10 walking distance to all the tourist areas, room was clean, even had tea, coffee, utensils etc. mattress comfy, nice high ceilings, quiet accommodation no rowdy residents, cleaners were quiet when cleaning rooms and very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Would have preferred more than 1 pillow each on the bed, but we used the blanket and the seat cushion to prop ourselves up, so wasn’t the end of the world. But 2 pillows each would have made our sleep a little more comfortable.

Definitely worth it

Pros: Great spot very close to center. You get free parking which is amazing! The shower is amazing. Bed is comfortable but pillow is not.

Pros: it was a good accommodation, very big room, big and comfortable bed. although it was cold outside, it was warm inside. the location is very good, close to the old town, the train station, public transport and restaurants

The amazing comfortable bed and memory mattress makes any little annoyance irrelevant.

Pros: Beautiful wooden floor, high ceilings, nice TV and best bed I’ve slept in for years. Good communication with owners, and very good to have private parking as it’s not easy to park in Kraków.

Cons: The cooking hob (in room 33) is weird. You could only get the buttons working if you pressed them through a towel. It won’t reach to a finger. Odd. But the owner was very responsive and explained about this quirk.
