Decent stay
Pros: It was located in a very good area in an old building. Entering was very easy. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are tram lines in both ends of the street connecting to the rest of the city but main tourist attractions don't need any use of tram or buses. Very close to the castle of Babel and the south entrance of the old city and next to the Jewish quarter. It was clean, spacious with enough lighting. We used all three beds. One bedroom with a king sized bed, one bed is actually a matress on a very low cealing located above the wc using stairs and one sofa-bed. The view as far as we could see because there was a renovation of the fascade while we were staying and the windows were covered most of the time was ok. The heating is perfect. We asked for extra beddings for the sofa and we were told very quickly how to get. Communication with the owner was quick. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, two hobs, glasses and cutlery provided making it ideal for families.
Cons: -The absence of any shower gel installed on the shower -We were given only one big towel for each person for 5 days so we had to get one extra after the third day. One face towel for all three of us was given and had something like a blood stain so it was not used by us 🙄 -The wifi connection was almost absent and sure not at high speed. We never managed to connect our account to any streaming platform on the TV. The TV settings was locked on polish language as if only polish guests were meant to rent the the appartment. Please change it to a more used language like English. -The bathroom sink was almost clogged. -The steps to the bed located above the bathroom are very steep and narrow. Not meant by any way to be used by children, elderly or people who have any kind of moving problems especially if they need to get down in the middle of the night. It is not easy to get out of the bed because the ceiling is very low so you have to crawl on the floor.

Great Apartment in Krakow
Pros: Everything was great, the location was amazing, the apartment was clean. We found a parking spot very easily too, which I think is quite rare for Krakow city centre!
Cons: Nothing!

Good place in the very center of Krakow
Pros: Great geography and the apartment itself isn't bad. The sleeping place is a little funny and adds charm.
Cons: Wifi worked poorly.

It was very enjoyable
Pros: Location was excellent, very convenient for everything. 10 -15 minutes walk to the Old Town and 10 minutes to the castle.
Cons: The double mattress is on the mezzanine landing, to climb up there you need to climb some steps. It's more like a stepladder and placed rather awkwardly. I thought it was unsafe to climb from the mezzanine on to the ladder, especially in the dark as there is no light switch. So if you tend to wake up in the night to go use the loo, don't.

Great long weekend stopover apartment.
Pros: Excellent position between Old town and Jewish quarter. Street was quiet. Very good facilities in small but well put together apartment. There were 3 of us. Upstairs mezzanine level for bed has steep steps up to it. Would stay here again.
Cons: Not really any storage on mezzanine level for clothes
