Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness, and reasonable prices.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff is very nice and reactive. The room is confortable. The place is clean and well furnished. You have to walk 25 minutes till city center from the apartment.

Cons: Only one thing: the mattress was too soft for us but not such a Big deal

Last minute deal

Pros: The property is nice, it has a garden outside where you can hang out and the room is not so small as I thought it would be. It was clean, they also offered shower gel and towels + some kitchen stuff (coffee, tea, etc). We decided last minute to stay for a night in Krakow and it was ok for us. We brought along our 2 dogs and there was no extra fee requested. The whole accommodation is located in an old beautiful building

Cons: The only thing I did not like -> the thin walls. We were lucky that we did not have other visitors in the rooms next to us, but we still had someone above. We could hear each step that s/he made, it was pretty loud and having the dogs with us was a bit stressful for them (the loud walking stopped at night so it was not such a big issue, but I wanted to mention this as a reference for pet owners with anxious dogs). Also, if your room is on the side where the trash bins are, you will hear when someone is throwing their trash pretty loudly (we were on the first floor)

Nice place to stay but need to work on communication.

Pros: The room was clean, small but we only needed a place to sleep and then move on so all good.

Cons: Communication prior to check-in was not good. Tried to book the parking since the day of booking (3 months in advance) but got no reply, only confirmation regarding bed type. No reply after several attempts during the period leading to our stay. Called the number in the morning the day of stay several times but it wasn't reachable. We got a message ONE HOUR before check-in with room number and parking confirmation. The person that handled the key was nice but communication need to be improved.

Pros: The best option to stay in Kraków with a car for its price

I stayed in a Timon with 2 beds. Room, sheets etc. everything were clean. Location is relatively good, but not too far f

Pros: We have arrived late around at 3am, they responded us directly

Cons: Sometimes we had message problems , there was not water in the kitchen area, or a tap for drinkable water

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Pros: The room was clean, modern and spatious. The property has a beautiful garden and it's located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the room had the most electrical outlets I've seen.

Cons: Honestly I can't think of anything.

A very magical city and a service minded hotel 10 out of 10.

Pros: the hotel was very wellplaced in the city, a good base of operations. with several shops and a local kebab stand in a window close by a bakery and an ATM and good connections to trains, trams and busses. From the hotel it only took around 10-15 min. to get to the city center, around 20-30 if you walked.

Cons: We were there in the off-season/winter time, so a bit of renovation of some rooms was happening, not really an issue, and no noise, but people was coming and going till late, also the kichen was very small and I hope they change the kichen table soon.

Lovely place

Pros: Friendly staff, and has all you might need at least for a short stay.

Cons: The place could benefit from a conditioner in these hot summers! :) And we spent some time trying to find the right house and the entrance is not very obvious.
