Amazing!
Pros: The flat was amazing. It is very close to the old town, probably around 15-20mins by feet. The apartment complex is very quiet and clean. The flat itself inside was spotless, equipped with everything you could need: plates, cups, cutlery kitchen pots etc so you can cook if you want, even a washing machine. The flat I stayed in was small but so cosy & I absolutely loved it.
Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Cozy and comfortable
Pros: Great apartment in a big complex. Once you manage to get your keys, you realise that everything is very well organized. The place is cool, well furnitured and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it!
Cons: There was just one bottle of liquid in the bathroom that was not indicated at all - whether it was a soap, a shower gel, a shampoo or all of the above. :) We made a reservation for 3, but there was only one set of sheets for the bedroom. And a note for the team that takes care for the building - try to get rid of those small bugs. There were just a few, but some people may find them unpleasant.

An apartment that meets expectations!
Pros: The apartment is very spacious and well located, a 10-minute walk from Krakow Glowny train station, one of Krakow's main train stations.
Cons: Although not essential, there were a few aspects that could be improved. First of all, the directions in the Booking app, to get to the location, do not take you to the apartment. It took more than half an hour, maybe more, to find someone to show me where the block where the apartment is located is. Second, perhaps being used to other hotel apartments, I was disappointed to find that, apart from a liquid soap, there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. Third and last, perhaps the communication via the phone attached as a contact could be improved. Since I arrived in Krakow much earlier than the check-in time, I asked if I could leave my luggage at the apartment (or at a location nearby) but the answer did not come. Neither that it was possible nor that it was not possible.

Pros: New and modern apartment, really close to the Krakow old town. Clear instructions about the check-in process. We had no issues at all.
Cons: We stayed for four days, and we would have appreciated it if there were more essentials provided, e.g. shower gel or washing detergent. Found only two dishwasher tablets and two garbage bags. Also, the shower door was not sealed, water easily ran onto the bathroom floor.

Great location, beautifully decorated apartment.

Pros: Cozy apartment with a good location, only 15-minute walk to the old center. The apartment was clean and had a full list of necessary equipment, there were coffee, tea, and tablets for the dishwasher. Possibility to rent a parking place at the underground parking. Highly recommend.
Cons: In some cases, it's useful to have a microwave, but it's not crucial.

Perfect for travellers
Pros: Everything was awesome. First: perfect location, 10 min walk to the main bus and train station, and to a big outlet mall (all next to each other), very convenient. Apartment is in a very quiet gated residential area with 3-4 stories new buildings. On the way there there’s a nice Blossom cafeteria for breakfast on snacks. Next to it is Żabka, small convenience store. Apartment itself spotless, with contemporary design and appliances with AC. Nice balcony for a morning coffee. We really enjoyed staying there.

Pros: The bathroom was very spacious which was a big plus. The entire apartment was super clean and we had no problems checking in or out. Basically, I rate it 10 out of 10 and would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow
