Pros: Perfect location, beautiful and well equipped property! The host was very helpful and answered immediately for any questions and requests! I have nothing bad to say about it!

Gorgeous, immaculate, perfect location

Pros: Perfect location few minutes walk from main square. Numerous resturants/ bars/ convenience stores etc close by. Immaculate and everything that we needed was provided. . Including coffee/ tea/ toiletries. Check in/ check out was seamless.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a great stay

Pros: Beautiful clean well equipped apartment. 2 bedrooms & large lounge room. Comfortable beds, great heating & excellent shower. Washing machine worked well & kitchen well equipped. Easy walking distance(4mins) to main square.

Cons: The bedrooms look into a courtyard area which is shared by surrounding buildings some of which are occupied by bars/restaurants so are noisey until late at night. To be expected so close to the main square so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We heard them but it didn’t disturb our sleep

Great little place for a stay

Pros: Bed was comfy, great facilities, brilliant location, easy check in/check out, felt safe a secure

Cons: We were on the ground floor and could hear people checking out which wasn't great in the early hours and is loud enough to wake you up.

A great host, super centered location, fresh renovation

Pros: Great center location, comfortable and newly renovated apartment.

Cons: Unfortunately guest just before us smoked in the apartment, so for us the nicotine smell was unpleasant. But we were amazed by the host reaction to this issue - they did everything they could to improve /decrease the smell: brought the air cleaning machine, specifics air spray, send additional cleaning staff and presented candles Roth pleasant smells. So it was very nice to feel this care and secure to make our trip pleasant. Thank you! We appreciate this.

Excellent

Pros: Our stay in the apartment was very pleasant. The location is excellent, next to the main square Rynek Glowny where some important sights and the Christmas market are located within a 2 minute walk. It is also very close to all means of transport. The room was spotlessly clean and was very warm even though the temperature outside was -5 to -8 degrees and also had constant hot water. It was also well equipped, even had an iron and a hairdryer. The mattress was very comfortable and large. Whatever we needed was very close and accessible by foot.

Brilliant apartment in a beautiful city

Pros: A beautiful apartment in the heart of the historic old town of Krakow. Excellent communication from our host. We had a wonderful time in a great apartment that is literally on the doorstep of the beautiful old town square. We could not have asked for more.

Cons: Nothing - everything was excellent.

Pros: The location was perfect and the apartment was perfect size for four people. It was very bright and quiet even if in one of the most visited streets. Access to shops and public transport or taxi was easy from the location. The host replied very quickly to my messages replying questions and trying to accommodate our requests.
