Nice apartments but would have liked more automation

Pros: The location is very good, close to the railway station. The apartment itself is exactly as on the photo, very spacious, good renovation, it was quite clean

Cons: The hosts need to automate check-in as it was inconvenient to have to phone the host and meet to collect the keys. Also the wifi password was not given and the host didn't reply to a message on Booking until the next day. I probably had to call again to have him dictate the password to me :) Please make it so that people don't have to call you, it would make staying in this nice apartment more pleasant.

Pros: The accommodation was nice, modern, clean and well equipped. The host was happy to answer all our questions. It was close to the city center. Ideal base for sightseeing walks.

Pros: Mega wygodne łóżko. Czyste zadbane pomieszczenia, wszędzie blisko. Na pewno wrócimy w te miejsce. Idealny obiekt dla ludzi którzy chcą odpocząć i nie potrzebują samochodu bo wszędzie można się dostać pieszo

Pros: Gute Lage beim Hauptbahnhof. Neues Gebäude, schönes helles Apartment.

Cons: Die Balkontüre schliesst nicht richtig, somit ist die Strasse gut hörbar. Der Gastgeber hat nur auf polnisch geschrieben, Google sein dank ist das kein Problem.

Très agréable séjour Cracovie est une ville magnifique où il fait bon vivre !!!

Pros: Appartement très propre, confortable, bien équipé et lumineux dans un joli quartier avec le tram aux pieds de l’appartement. Entrée avec un gardien et ascenseur !!!
