Excellent location & lovely apartment

Pros: Very clean and close to the station. Access to city is also very close and easy. It was quiet which is suprising considering how close it is. The best thing for me, was the heating worked really well & the kitchen had everything i needeed.

Great apartment and fantastic location

Pros: We were able to check in earlier than expected. The kitchen had everything you need for a break away. Beds were very comfy

Pros: Apartment was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to check in and out and in a perfect location. Had everything we needed. Good WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and the bed was really comfy.

Pros: The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and sanitary. The check-in guide is very clear. The location is excellent, just opposite the train station, and there is a large supermarket. Behind it is the ancient city. There is a bus at the door to go to the salt mine, which is very convenient. The room environment is very good.

Cons: There is no place to store luggage. Their office is several kilometers away. I don't understand why I chose this place for convenience. Why do I have to go to a remote place to only provide a short luggage storage time? It's equivalent to no luggage storage service. Fortunately, I found a paid luggage storage place by myself. It's very convenient and the price is right next door. There are also self-service luggage lockers in the train station, but I saw reviews saying that they sometimes don't work well, so I still chose manual service, and the hotel next door has very good service. So if the prices are similar, unless you need to cook, you will choose the hotel next door.

Great location, very comfortable.

Pros: Great location just opposite the main station and a 5 mins walk to the Barbican gate to the old town. Quiet due to it facing the inner courtyard. Staff really responsive and helpful.

Cons: Radiator in bedroom noisy - even when you adjusted the temperature. It woke us almost hourly through the night. Mentioned to the staff and hopefully get it sorted. Room where the toilet is very cold.

Fantastic Krakow Apartment!

Pros: This was my 2nd visit to Krakow. Booking this apartment was the best decision I made. It is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location is exceptional too, you’ll be right across from the main mall and a very short walk to the old town. I’m definitely going to come back!
