Greate small appartment with big balcony

Pros: Nice new apartment with private parking in garage (parking space height limit 1,75m). Everything needed for longer stay and tram stop in front of the house. Washing machine with the dryer was a big bonus.

Cons: It seemed, that floors weren't washed as all our socks got dirty quickly (got black residue on my finger, when ran it over the floor). Easy fix, everything else was clean.

Pros: Easy access to apartment. Nice location. Clean. Available everything what we needed. Thank you.

Pros: The place is good, the furniture is new. The only thing missing probably is a microwave oven, but everything else was in place and we were satisfied.

Cons: The only problem is how they carry out payment. My absolutely valid card didn't get processed (of which they sent me a notification) and I was worried that I would get a cancellation. The telephone number provided by default is just an IVR. Later they sent a message with a proper support number and the support could send a link to the online payment.

Enjoyed our stay there. Everything we needed was in the appartment

Pros: Good location, not far from the city centre where you can get by tram in 15 min. Tauron Arena with a beautiful park is 15 min walk as well in the opposite direction

Polecam, apartament zgodny ze zdjęciami, brak problemów, świetna lokalizacja.

Pros: W apartamencie znajdowały się potrzebne rzeczy, ręczniki, kawa, herbata itp. Wygodne łózka. Spoko widok. Dobra lokalizacja. Na plus też, że w budynku znajduje się żabka. Na plus też klimatyzacja i miejsce parkingowe.

Cons: Pod łóżkiem był kurz, (ale jeszcze nie wynajmowałem apartamentu w którym by go tam nie było więc to pewnie jakiś standard 😅), Na ogół czysto i schludnie, bez większych zastrzeżeń. Czystość w łazience była na wysokim poziomie.

Pobyt udany, na pewno skorzystam w przyszłości.

Pros: Spokojna okolica, obok sklep spożywczy Żabka. Bardzo blisko do tramwaju, skąd w kilka minut do centrum.

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce na wyjazdy, podczas których liczy się komfort i domowa atmosfera

Pros: Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i starannie przygotowane na nasz przyjazd, co od razu zrobiło dobre wrażenie. Lokalizacja okazała się świetna spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko do wszystkich potrzebnych miejsc. Wnętrze urządzone było przytulnie, dzięki czemu można było poczuć się jak w domu. Wszystko działało bez zarzutu, a kontakt z właścicielem był bezproblemowy. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce na wyjazdy, podczas których liczy się komfort i domowa atmosfera.

Cons: Małe biurko, brak podstawowych przypraw.

Pros: Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war schön und sauber.

Cons: Unser Appartment lag direkt an der Hauptstraße. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört aber man hört die Strasse schon .

Excepțional

Pros: Apartamentul este situat intr-un bloc nou cu loc de parcare privat și dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur de câteva zile. Curățenie excepțională a apartamentului și a lenjeriei.. La parterul blocului se afla un magazin de unde poți face mici cumpărături dacă nu vrei să mergi câteva sute de metri până la supermarket. Stația de tramvai este la aproximativ 50 de metri de unde poți ajunge în centru în 10-15 minute. Am găsit capsule de cafea și pliculețe de ceai cât și pastile pentru mașina de spălat vase.

Cons: Ca recomandări - la apartamentul 38 ar putea pune draperii mai închise la culoare deoarece dimineața soarele bate direct pe geamuri. - câteva capsule de detergent pentru rufe. - salteaua de pat ar trebui una mai fermă

Pros: Lokalizacja idealna ze względu na odległość do pracy, przyjemne otoczenie i komfortowe wyposażenie

Cons: Hałas za oknem może być uciążliwy, głównie tramwaje przeszkadzają w spokojnym śnie
