Good value for the price

Pros: In principle, everything was fine and as expected. For the price, it was really good and turned out just right. The location is suitable if you don’t want to be right in the city center – it takes about 15 minutes by tram to reach the center, so it works well for that purpose.

Cons: When we arrived, some of the cups in the cupboards were not clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and communication with the host was not very practical. They don’t use Viber or WhatsApp, so the only options were the Booking inbox or a Polish phone number, which makes communication a bit harder and simply less convenient.

Great stay next to Arena

Pros: It is set in an ideal location, next to Tauron Arena. There's a supermarket nearby and some restaurants too. The size of the apartment is comfortable enough for a few days stay.

Cons: The bed mattresses need an upgrade. An air conditioner would be an asset for the heat and the apartment could have been cleaner.

To recommend to others

Pros: Location is very good for my expectations.. We prepare breakfast by ourselves. Very good facilities in the kitchen .some groceries near by to buy things to eat.

Cons: Nothing to improve. All is Ok. Some times we have difficulty to arrange a parking for our car in the complex parking. It is difficult to find free parking out of the complex parking.

W obiekcie byłam pierwszy raz , ale na pewno nie ostatni . Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele

Pros: Wyjątkowe miejsce , przestronny wystrój i bliska lokalizacja do Tauron Areny

Pros: Bardzo blisko Erga Areny, gdzie przebywaliśmy całe dnie.

Cons: Mieszkanie wymaga doinwestowana oraz zachowania większej czystości.

Pros: Квартира находится в закрытом жилом комплексе. На территории комплекса бесплатная парковка. В квартире сделан хороший ремонт. Две отдельные спальни. Есть кухня и вся необходимая посуда. Удобное месторасположение - рядом парк и магазины.

Bastante bien, pero hay que mejorar la higiene del baño

Pros: Hay lavadora y tendedero. La cocina tiene microondas. La decoración es moderna y agradable. Está muy cerca del Tauron Arena y a 10 minutos andando de paradas de tranvía.

Cons: Había moho en las juntas del baño cercanas a la bañera. Las camas podrían ser más cómodas.

Doskonały pod wydarzenia na Tauron Arenie

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja, idealna dla przyjezdnych na imprezy odbywające się w Tauron Arenie (to chyba nawet nie 5 minut drogi). Dobry dojazd do centrum miasta!

Cons: Zdecydowanie wymaga remontu i lepszego sprzątania.
