Perfect location, lovely space and a really helpful host

Pros: The location of ZamStudio was perfect for a short city break! In walking distance to the square, the train station and down to Wawel castle. The bed was comfortable and the single duvets were a great idea so we didn’t have to fight over duvet space! The curtains were also perfect to keep the room dark and blacked out and the heating system worked brilliantly to keep us warm on what was a very cold stay! Mariola was a very attentive host and was on hand to help whenever we messaged with any questions or problems.

Cons: When we tried to have an early night it was a little difficult as the walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbours next door talking and the people above walking around in their room.

Pros: The attention to detail in the design and decor is remarkable - every corner is Instagram-worthy! The room was unique and charming while still having all modern amenities. The staff knew me by name and offered personalized recommendations for exploring the area. The applartament's location in the historic district was perfect for walking to attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Pros: It was a great location. Accommodation was comfortable. Communication was very good.

Cons: The light in the hallway needs a fix it flashes on and off.

Pros: Great location close to the main attractions and only 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. It was also very close to the excursions meeting point. Very nice and friendly host. She sent all detailed instructions about check in and check out. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good coffemachine, cooking plate. Is ideal for a solo traveller but also for a couple.

Cons: The apartment was located on the first floor, but the stairs to get there were a bit steep and dark, no light there. You have to use a flashlight to use the stairs if you arrive in the evening. Also the apartment was not enough clean, as there were long dark hairs of the previous guest everywhere in the apartment. The walls were s bit thin, so I could here the neighbours talking/laughing or when someone was using the stairs.

Convenient location and excellent host

Pros: The apartment is ideally located - extremely convenient for the central Krakow train station, multiple trams and the bus station. It's also walkable to all key sights and the old town. As it's so central it's an easy pick-up for tours e.g. to Auschwitz. It's 20 metres from a 24 hour Carrefour and walking distance from a large shopping centre with a big grocery shop. The host was extremely facilitating. The apartment itself is very comfortable.

Cons: Another pillow would have been great.

Excellent stay in a beautiful apartment.

Pros: Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment in a perfect location for walking around the old town and easy access to major train stations. Friendly, warm host with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and drop off the keys.

Pros: The location is quite good and about 10-12 min walk from main train/bus station and five min walk to the Old Town where most tourist stuff is. The apartment was well equipped and very cute and clean. I really appreciated the espresso machine and used it every day. Internet worked well for remote working. Bathroom had all the necessary essentials and although not a huge apartment, it was well laid out and appointed well.

Cons: The walls are literally like paper. I slept horribly because I could hear full conversations, banging around, luggage rolling, etc at all hours. If you are a light sleeper, this could be problematic. Also for me the bed was too soft and pillows super small and not very good.

Cozy apartment with perfect location

Pros: Location is perfect. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. Very quiet. If I ever come back to Krakow, Icwould choose again this one without any doubt.

Pros: The studio is very nice (I loved the design!), well-equipped and in a great position, very close to the main station (5 min walking), a tram station with several lines (1 min walking) and the main old square (10 min walking). Perfect for 2 people, there is a carrefpour express just in front of the corner, perf4eect to buy food for breakfast. We enjpyed bery mich our stay in ZamStudio!
