Overall excellent, would highly recommend. Krakow is a lovely destination.

Pros: Great location, close to the old town and many good restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores.

Cons: The wifi was intermittent and the shower heads need replacing.

Pros: If we had known the apartment was up 5 flights of stairs with no lift. We wouldn't have booked. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Pros: We are a group from Albania and we felt great in this house. Everything was appropriate, the taxi that took us quite comfortably from the airport, the things in the house were clean and comfortable, the location near the city center, everything was very nice.😊

Great we enjoyed it

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. The stairs were on as we are all fit and well. Good exercise but might have been harder if we had had heavy cases. Kamil was very prompt getting back to us

Pros: We loved the location. There was good communication with staff. The instructions were easy to follow. The beds were comfy, the apartment was spotless and the showers were hot at all times.

Pros: 2 bathrooms, lovely spacious bedrooms and excellent hosts

Cons: On 5th floor with no lift. Electricity cut off when using toaster

Great location in a modern apartment

Pros: The location is very close to the medieval square and coach pick up points for day trips. The property is lovely and clean and modern and has almost everything you need ( a microwave would be useful).

Cons: No heating up facilities other than. Small hot plate. Got to mention the 121 steps to get to the property too

Pros: The apartment was great, everything was super nice and clean, and the location was the best thing about it. The main square is only 5-10 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing is that the apartment is on the 5th floor and doesn't have an elevator, which makes it less accessible. However, this wasn't an issue for us.

Cons: One suggestion for improvement would be to add trash cans/bins in the toilets.
