We recommend this place, will return again. Clean flat, 3 tram stops from the old town.

Pros: They were waiting for us with all information, navigation around the city, helped us with luggage. The flat was clean, with everything we needed, washing mashine big plus. Spacious bathroom with floor heating, comfortable beds for children.

Lovely modern apartment with easy walking access to the city centre

Pros: The accommodation was fabulous and well appointed. The beds were comfy and there were extra blankets and pillows available if needed. The location was no more than a 20 minute walk to the main square so it was perfect for us. The Castle was just outside the main square and there were river boats leaving hourly for a 45m trip on a river that was like a mill pond and there is a lock at either end of the river in the city. We also took a tour around the Jewish quarter from the main square. The district the apartment was in was very quite and we both felt safe.

Cons: The access codes were not sent to me until I was already flying to Poland and so when we got to the apartments I still had no apartment number or access key. I spoke to the owner a couple of times on the phone as I was not able to download the codes on my phone. Eventually the information filtered through and it was perfect but I would have preferred to have had it the day before and down loaded on my phone. Also, a mirror in the bedrooms would be great as the 2 mirrors in the property are not in good light for putting on make-up

We enjoyed our stay in Krakow

Pros: Very nice new Ikea style apartment, very clean and comfortable and well eqipped. Host was very helpful. There is a manual with instructions for the apartment as well as recommendations and directions to closest market and restaurants for dinner and breakfast, which is very useful as well. Huge advantage is that you can book a parking as it is impossible to part in the area. Location is good, 10 -15 min walk to the Wawel castle and Jewish quarter.

Pros: Great calm location near city center, modern and fully equipped 3+kk apartment, balcony transformed to insulated conservatory, everything clean and in perfect condition. One of the best apartments, I've been to during my travelling so far.

Despite its central location, the property is remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The apartments themselves were impeccably clean and well-appointed. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. While I didn't require any specific accessibility features, the overall layout of the apartment seemed suitable for most guests. Overall, Tresor Apartments provide an excellent base for exploring Krakow, combining a tranquil atmosphere with the city's vibrant energy.

A very nice, convenient and comfy place to stay

Pros: The comfort, the coffee capsules offered, and the treats too The design and the decoration The well equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, etc...) The enormous washing machine and the very large shower.

Cons: The lack of stores on the windows, since I prefer to sleep in a very dark bedroom

Pros: Everything was great. The apartments fully match the description. Very clean, has everything you need to stay. Located in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk from the Wawel Castle across the Vistula. Crossing the Grunwald Bridge. Tram and bus stop 5 minutes walk. We liked everything very much. Thank you very much for your welcome. We recommend.
