Harmonica Old Town with Free Parking

Excellent location, but some comfort issues

Pros: The location is excellent – very close to Kazimierz, Wawel Castle, and the Main Market Square. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and smooth, and free parking was a big advantage.

Cons: The apartment was very hot, even after turning off the radiators. The mattress was not very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was not possible to extend the parking for a few extra hours, which was disappointing – this had never happened to us before in Kraków, despite staying in several other apartments. The check-out time was also very early, which significantly shortened our stay and limited our time to rest.

Cons: I found it a bit claustrophobic as very overlooked, but this is a matter of personal sensitivity. There are opaque blinds which let the light in but then you can't see out. It would be nice to have proper curtains in the living-room (there are blackouts in the bedroom, which is good). And nets would be a big improvement on the blinds, then you could look out without being observed. Something non-slip on the floor of the shower would be welcome - at the moment it is perilous (I used the rubber shoe tray that I found in the hall cupboard). For longer stays (I was there for two weeks), guests should check that a change of sheets will be provided. And why don't you get teatowels in Poland - this is my third stay and I've never been given a teatowel, even when I asked for one. It doesn't seem to be a thing in this country. In Britain we like them!

Pros: Parking is great but tight. Apartment is high quality and very stylish.

Cons: A couple bottles of water in fridge would be nice but not essential only thing I could complain about. All was perfect.

Pros: Super locality with own parking lot. Cosy apartment, near the city center, but quiet.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. But one little mistake which can be avoided in the future...in one cupboard we found a very, very old piece of bread. We were able to find it just because of its smell :))

Cons: Check in time is later than most and check out time is earlier than other apartments. Also, I found the owner not as quick to respond to messages.

Pros: Good accommodation conditions, comfortable beds. Very good location.

Cons: Check-in instructions could be improved. We did not receive the number of the apartment, only the parking space. The entrance to the parking lot is through Bonifraterska street, it would be a good clarification for Check-in. Parking is in the basement, but for larger cars it could be a problem. Good parking spaces, but tight angles.

Pros: Nice appartement. Fully equipped with everything. Bed is comfortable. Good location. River just a short walk away. Tram route straight to the city center just around the corner. Quiet at night. If you are bad at parking you will hate the garage. Parking spaces are big enough but tight corners. Bedroom has blackout curtains, living room does not.

Pros: The apartment is spacious!! In excellent location at the Jewish corner just outside old town.it has everything a family like us needed.super value for money.you can organise small excursions to main attractions around Krakow such us Auschwitz, Salt Mines etc... Personally i would to thank the crew for finding my forgotten wallet and for their descent and honest behaviour having packed at a safe place so i could return after 2 days and pick it up. Overall definitely recommended!!!

Second time back

Pros: Second time staying at this property. For me it's the perfect location and size at a flood value.
