Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located. We especially liked the easy check-in process, the quiet atmosphere, and the friendly and helpful host. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay very pleasant.

Perfect location

Pros: Excellent customer service, could not of asked for more from the agents. They were 5 star. The accommodation was central, a few minutes walk from the town center. A small shop a few doors down, and perfectly located to travel around. Apartment was clean and spacious. The only reason I have knocked a few stars off, is that my children struggled to sleep throughout the night due to the shaking of the building and the noise from the trams outside. This couldn't be helped, I know. The apartment itself was fantastic, but my children struggled to sleep, meaning the days were long and tiring. But I would recommend to others. Perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends. We had a bit of a mix up with the timing of getting into the apartment. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, great customer service and great hosts. The accommodation had everything that we needed, beds were comfy and clean. Nice spacious bathroom with a shower.

We would definitely come back if staying in Krakow again!

Pros: -Central location 5min walk from main square -Tram stop right outside -15 min walk to train station -Quiet area but felt very safe at all times -Supermarket next door -lovely and airy -massive windows -comfy beds -Access to Netflix -Full kitchen facilities

Cons: -Keys were a bit tricky to open the door but nothing major -Hot water was sold as unlimited but did run out after being used by 4 people

Great location, clean and cosy apartment, just what we needed!

Pros: Great location just opposite the wall for the Old Town of Krakow, a 5 minute stroll and your in the main square which is beautiful. Clean and tidy, spacious and the hosts sorted out an early bag drop for us which was really useful.

Cons: The entrance stairway needs some work, but I am assuming this is someone else's property so don't be put off by that.

Pros: Apartment was spotless and very well equipped including washing machine and dish washer.It has a modern tv in living room and bedroom.The staff are on hand if you need them.

Pros: Clean centrally located but quiet and supermarket almost next door. Staff in the office lovely and friendly and very helpful. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and shutters to block out the morning light. Salt, pepper, tea, coffee and coffee machine along with dishwasher tablets etc are provided

Cons: Although there were good cooking facilities (oven, grill, hob, microwave, big fridge, dishwasher) there were no cooking implements (spatula, tongs, wooden spoons etc.), no trays or pans to use in oven, or a tea towel. So you can get by for breakfasts or making lunch stuff but not if you want to do serious cooking (we didn’t really so not a huge issue). Is described as a 2 bedroom but in reality both sleeping areas are screened off areas rather than separate bedrooms - which again was fine for us as a family with a teenager but if you want more privacy or have small children than need to go to bed earlier may be a little limiting

Pros: Location is very close to old center of the city. The appartment and facilities are sufficient and in good conditions.

Perfect place for a stay in the city center

Pros: Very nice apartment near the city center. You can get to the main square within a few minutes and Kazimierz is also nearby. You can find lots of places to eat, also there some really awesome coffee places, like Yellow Monkey. The apartment is perfect for several people, we were staying together with my friend for a workation. There is a table good for eating and for working as well. And a separate warm regards goes to the windowsill! It's really cozy and it was so nice to sit here in the sunny days.
