Nice studio apartment in a good location.

Pros: Great location for arriving by train, short walk to the property. Close to the city sights, good places to eat, convenience store and public transport. There were very good restaurants in the vicinity.

Cons: The noise of trains in the nearby station was not too loud, but it would be nice to be quieter. There is a lift in the building, to the 3rd floor studio, but it is still necessary to use stairs.

Nice place to remember

Pros: I stayed in this apartment for 15 nights. My stay there was in general lines satisfying. I met everything I had expected looking the description and the images at the site. The location is central five minutes from the central train station and nearby to bus/tram stations. It is like 20 minutes far from the old city centre. The apartment provides heating and hot water, water boiler, microwave oven, work space, washing machine. Everything was exactly what I needed for my stay in Krakow.

Cons: The only thing that I would like to be provided is cleaning service without further charge because of my long (15 nights) stay, which is necessary after at least 8 nights living at the same place.

Cons: The instructions about collecting the keys are not very clear: I couldn't open the safe because the instructions about this were not detailed enough. If it were not for a person who accidentally entered the building, I wouldn't be able to enter the apartment. None answered the phone. I think a video demonstrating the process of opening the safe would help to avoid such problems in the future.
