Pros: Location was great. Close to castle and easy walk to square etc. Apartment well appointed. Accommodated two adults and three full size teenagers comfortably. Owner really responsive when we had questions. Was the best place that we had stayed on the trip.

Excellent location and helpful staff

Pros: The location was excellent, within reach of all sights and facilities. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. As we had a late flight, they allowed us to keep our luggage at the flat and return to relax for an hour before our taxi collected us.

Cons: Only a small gripe, as we were out and busy most of the time, but the flat is advertised as having netflix on the TV. There is a digi box, but it is poor. Like i said, it was no big issue, but it would have been nice to relax and watch some TV occasionally.

Pros: The location and ease of reaching all the main areas of attraction was brilliant. The facilities were good too , and contact with the owner was daily . A few toiletries were available too.

Cons: There was one evening when a dog barked in the early hours for an hour. Unfortunately there was no toaster, although it was provided on our final day . Also there was shampoo and soap ,but no conditioner .

This apartment was fantastic, and I’d definitely stay again! The people of Krakow are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Pros: This was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and the location was excellent.

Cons: I regret not considering my 76-year-old mother when choosing the apartment. It was on the top floor, and I struggled to walk up. (My fault)

Great location, lovely apartment, good value for money

Pros: Apartment is well located right opposite the castle. Nice and clean, presented well and all you need including iron, fans, hairdryer, washing machine etc... Host has put a lot of thought into what the guests need

Cons: Few more towels would have been terrific and a toaster. Definitely bathroom needs a working fan as seems to have a weird smell come from it. I bought bleach and kept that in the drains which helped and also kept the door open which helped with air circulation when not in use.

Loved Krakow, loved apartment, and will return and stay again.

Pros: Absolutely brilliant location, stunning, clean apartment, close to everything. Host answered all question's and their communication with us was above and beyond. The apartment has everything you need.

Cons: Maybe a tea towel, but did this spoil our stay no... did we manage without absolutely yes. Did we really need no.

Perfecte atencion por parte de la anfitriona.

Pros: La ubicación y la atención por parte de la anfitriona. Muy atenta y siempre nos contestaba muy rapidamente (a los pocos minutos) al whatsapp. Nos resolvia las dudas y nos aconsejaba en base a nuestras preguntas. Precio-calidad justo!!
