Pros: Apartment was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: It would have been nice to be able to order a glass of wine to my room. So that could be a good bonus for the company. And an elevator would be nice since the stairs to the floors are quite long. It was nice otherwise.

Pros: The breakfast was incredible and they have a variety of options. The room is clean and pretty, but i think they should replace the pillows because they are hard to sleep on.

Cons: They had like a small balcony where you could ve smoked but it was closed so you had to go all the way down the stairs and smoke outside.

Pros: Location is perfect , couple mins walk to tram, around 2 euro for 3 of us to get into main square. All codes given and lots of communication before arrival, no issues getting in. Really comfortable beds, lots of storage for clothes. Pull out bed for my son, perfect for him as he was on his own. Might not be ideal if I had 2 older kids, ,might prefer seperate beds. I have to say the whole apartment was spotless, lots of towels. There is only 1 small thing I would ask, that another mirror could be put in, only one and its in bathroom. Would definitely return to krakow and would stay here again. We had breakfast just one morning, was lovely. Gone early other mornings. Thank you. Family of 3,( 2ad and 12yr old)

Cons: Mirror is my only thing, v minor but delays getting ready.

Such a lovely stay! Would recommend to all couples! Felt safe and was cosy!

Pros: The property had a lovely feel, loved the touches of being able to cast to the TV and the tokens for a glass of wine in the wine garage downstairs!

Cons: Couple of minor maintenance bits but think that’s just people not feeding it back so they didn’t know- genuinely loved the apartment!

Pros: Very nice and clean property. It fully matches photos. Good and fresh design. property had all facilities mentioned in description. Besides, hosts provided sugar, salt coffee tea in room. It is located in nice place near park and 15 min walking to city centre.

Pros: I had a lovely stay at this apartment. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Self-check in/check out which was very convenient, and location was great - close to the tram and bus stops. The host was good with communication - always quick to respond and helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Cons: No dishwasher and a little noisy because of the tram stop nearby. For those with heavy luggage and mobility issues it could be a challenge because the building doesn't have a lift but this was mentioned in the description.
