Good apartment for exploring Krakow

Pros: Location very good, 20 minute walk to Old town. Tram stop, bars, and supermarkets all close by. Apartment itself clean & tidy reasonable size room. Basic utensils in kitchen area. Good communication with the host.

Cons: Couldn't work out how to adjust fridge temperature. My water was frozen every day. I was aware there is no washing machine or microwave, but both would be nice addition. I can understand from other reviews regarding opening the apartment door it's a stiff lock, right on a step and dark to see what you're doing. I got used to it after a week, but initially, you may not find it easy. As it's dark, the key box numbers are difficult to see and adjust. i recommend taking a torch !

Cheap and cheerful apartment ! Just bring your own pillows!

Pros: Great location, near bars and 24hr convenience store and various restaurants.

Cons: Not enough pillows and small duvet wasn’t big enough for the bed.

Another Great Stay

Pros: Location is amazing. Apartment has everything you need for a break in krakow. 5 minutes walk to plac nowy with bars and restaurants all around the area. Been before so we knew what we were getting.

Cons: No problems at all.

Pros: Good room with the necessary to stay short term. Good location.

Cons: Sometimes, there was a strange noise during the night.

Pros: Krakow is beautiful, close to many transport means.

Cons: Walking to main square a little bit far, 25'-30' walking.

Pros: Great location. The apartment is small but has almost everything you need for a regular stay. There is a tram stop to the city within 2mins walks, and also train stop, not far off. Local grocery shops are a couple mins walk from the building. The kitchenette was very helpful. After an initial mishap, the manager was detailed and quite helpful in subsequent conversations. Smart TV was great for entertainment as a non-local, and WiFi was strong.

Cons: The door lock is old and complicated to operate, especially for the first time. It seems to get stuck and makes accessing the room difficult. I saw prior complaints from other guests about this too, thought it might have been fixed, but the manager confirmed that the owner doesn't plan to change that soon. Bummer! I arrived from a trip in the rain and couldn't open the door. I called several times but couldn't reach the property manager at that point who was busy, so I spent the first 20mins outside struggling to get the door open, which was very frustrating and adding to my already stressful day. He later responded and provided some details, but the door had just finally given in at that point. I think details about how to operate the door should be included in the pre-arrival/check-in message, so guests are mentally prepared to navigate that tussle. The building entrance floor should have some motion-sensored lights, so guests don't crash into the short stairs just ahead. This would also have been helpful for me while struggling with the door as the light kept going off, and I could barely use my phone torch at that point with both hands on the door. The light switch is rather at the top of the short flight of stairs, and you could miss it unless you look back trying to find some lighting. The apartment could use a microwave. Also, any additional requests like extra towels would come at an extra cost to you.

Pros: Bit old skool, however clean & tidy, 20 min walk to center. Would highly recommended especially for price

Pros: Great communication regarding check in prior to arriving and communication after. Nice to have your own little space with private bathroom and kitchenette. Was a good location within walking distance to the old town and lots of attractions. Overall really good value for money.

Great 4 night break

Pros: Location was amazing and it was really clean. Perfect for 2 people. Photos dont do it justice.

Cons: Problem with fridge.

Pros: Гарне місце розташування (недалеко від центру), наявність гарячої води, вайфаю, чистота помешкання, власник який завжди на зв'язку. Наявність кухонного посуду. Для однієї людини місця цілком достатньо, для двох може бути трошки тіснувато.

Cons: Холодильник трохи занадто морозить, будьте обережні (мої помідори за ніч перетворились на льод). Для маленької каструлі не знайшла кришку, що було не дуже зручно. Також раковина у ванній трохи тріснута, але вцілому це не заважає у використанні
