Pros: This place was super clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay there. The place had everything we needed and it felt like home. The heat was great and we didn't even need to turn the AC on even in December. We really appreciated that just outside the building there is a tram stop and a 24h convenience store with everything, the location is ideal.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: Location and size and decor of the room. Very comfortable.

Cons: Had to keep the windows closed due to the noise from the road and trams, but that was fine.

Pros: The location is incredible. We literally went on foot from the apartment to everywhere in the city. The room is spacious, and I loved that they had a nespresso machine and pods. That made my day! The staff was warm and very kind. We were also travelling with our cat, and she had a great stay here as well. This was probably the only hotel room where she was not stressed, and enjoyed looking at the traffic from the window. I would definitely rebook this.

Cons: The reason I am giving an 8 and not a 10 is because of stained bed linen, a face towel that had more holes in it than fabric, and calcification inside water kettle.

Great apartment near Old town

Pros: Great location in a walking distance from the Old town of Krakow. Very clean and modern apartment with everything that you can need. There's a coffee machine in the room.

Cons: Everything was perfect.
